Posted in The Panthers won’t play the starters much tonight against the Steelers, but that does not mean that tonights game won’t go a long way in figuring out who will make the teams final roster. The Panthers will have plenty of decisions to make when it comes to who does and does not make the roster. Some of the players up for debate include: QB Brett Basanez, RB’s Decori Birmingham and Troy Fleming, TE Chad Upshaw, wide outs Dominique Thompson, William Buchanon, Chris Hannon and Travis Taylor. On the O-line, Toniu Fonoti, Evan Mathis, Mackenzy Bernadeau, Geoff Schwartz, Rueben Riley are on the bubble. D-lineman that could be out of a job include Hilee Taylor and Stephen Williams. LB’s James Anderson, Shaun Smith, Donte Curry are fighting for a roster spot. DB’s Quinton Teal, Joe Fields, and Darren Toney are on the bubble. If your going to watch anything closely tonight, watch these guys, as if any of them make an impact, it may be good enough to secure a roster spot.
