All the Rookies are In – 2nd Round Pick Martin Signs

The Panthers have come to terms with second-round pick Sherrod Martin, putting all Carolina rookies under contract before the start of training camp.
The cornerback from Troy gets a four-year deal. Agent Hadley Engelhard did not reveal financial figures. The agreement Friday comes two days before the Panthers report to camp.
