Panthers defensive tackle Ian Scott injured his left knee during Wednesday morning’s training camp practice in Spartanburg. Scott was injured when another defender rolled over his leg during short-yardage drills. The Panthers had a somewhat busy day on Monday, as they first signed OG Keydrick Vincent to a two-year, $2 million contract. The 29-year-old played in eight games for Arizona in 2007 with one start. He’ll be a reserve in Carolina.
