The Panthers look like they are going to have to turn to P.J. Walker or Will Grier at quarterback this week, as the team does not appear confident that Teddy Bridgewater is healthy enough to play against the Lions.
NFL Media reports that that Bridgewater is not likely to play in the week 11 game, this after he was hurt last week with an MCL sprain.
He’s been a limited participant in practice this week.
Panthers head coach Matt Rhule has yet to say who will start at quarterback, but evidently feels that Walker or Grier will give the team a better shot to win than a less than 100 percent Bridgewater.
