Posted in Steve Smith is speaking out on former first round pick Dwayne Jarrett, and says that this is his season to finally step it up and start making an impact:
Panthers WR Steve Smith said WR Dwayne Jarrett has showed signs of improvement but that he must step up this season if he wants to make an impact in the NFL. “I think what you’re going to see out of Dwayne Jarrett is what Dwayne Jarrett wants to show,” Smith said. “I think he’s improving, but at the same time, this game comes and goes so quickly with players that if a guy doesn’t show what he has at some point, the game is going to pass them by.”
