Smith Breaks Forearm in Win Over Giants

David Scott, of the Charlotte Observer, reports Panthers WR Steve Smith said he broke the radius in his left forearm Week 16 and definitely will not play Week 17. Smith said it is too early to tell if he will be available for offseason workouts.
