RB’s DeAngelo Williams, Tyrell Sutton Doubtful To Face Giants

The Charlotte Observer reports on the latest with the injury situation concerning the Panthers:

Panthers leading rusher DeAngelo Williams didn’t practice for the third straight day and is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the New York Giants with a left ankle injury suffered in the first quarter of last week’s win over Minnesota. Also doubtful after missing a third straight day of work is running back Tyrell Sutton (calf). If neither can go Sunday, the Panthers are expected to start Jonathan Stewart, who is questionable but fully practiced Friday, and to have rookie Mike Goodson as the backup.
