He sticks to it even if the other team knows what it is (as the Cards did last Sat.). He doesn't know what to do when the opponent has "our number". He sticks to his game plan and the Panthers lose. We need a coach that can adjust/improvise. Regarding Jake, obviously he is well respected and liked by his teammates. Maybe he should go coach somewhere because a QB he is not. Get rid of this slow, rag armed, second string has been and get yourself a mobile, rocket armed young man that is willing to learn and play him. Jake only plays good when he is upset. If you must keep him, kick him in the balls and call his mama a ho before every game. He was ok at best in his play but its time to move on. John Fox, the reason you have a backup QB is fo replace someone. What are you waiting for in this game? Its obvious Jake is in one of his trances or being paid off by Las Vegas.
