Mike Lombardi of the National Football Post is reporting that DE Julius Peppers is not even close to a new deal with the Panthers and undoubtedly will be franchised, which will not sit very well with him. Mr. Peppers is planning his next move when that happens.

Get rid of him. He obviously doesnt want to stay from his post game comments. The only reason he played good this year was because it was a contract year. He will have to be overpaid to stay and he isnt worth it. Keep Gross and let him go. Peppers, thanks for many great seasons and best wishes with your next team.
