Sources in Carolina say it may be one-year-and-done for WR D.J. Hackett with the Panthers. Hackett continued to be plagued by injuries throughout the season, appearing in nine games and starting only two after he was signed to compete with Muhsin Muhammad for the No. 2 receiver role.
