Panthers Ink WR Parker

The Panthers signed wide receiver Samie Parker on Tuesday. The move comes a day after Parker was released by the Denver Broncos. Parker spent the first four years of his career with the Chiefs. He had 24 catches for 298 yards and two touchdowns last season. Meantime, the Panthers also released wide out Sean Bailey on Tuesday.
