Panthers Return to Practice

Panthers return to the practice field later today.  Coach John Fox gave the players some time off yesterday.  The Panthers will host the Washington Redskins in their third preseason game Saturday night at Bank of America Stadium.  Starters will see their most extensive action of the exhibition season, as the first team is expected to play into the second half against the Redskins.

Wide receivers Muhsin Muhammad, D.J. Hackett and Ryne Robinson and tight ends Dante Rosario and Gary Barnidge all missed practice on Monday with various injuries.  Cornerback Chris Gamble, who has been slowed by a hamstring injury, was able to practice Monday.
