Rookie Stewart Getting Lots of Early Chances in the Red Zone

It looks as if rookie back Jonathan Stewart is going to get a lot of opportunities in the red-zone this season.  The Charlotte Observer is reporting that Stewart was featured heavily during the teams red-zone offense, and was catching passes and running over players at the goal line.  “He’s had some flashy looking runs ever since the first day,” head coach John Fox said. “We’re easing him into it and he continues to impress us.”  Fellow running back DeAngelo Williams also reportedly looked good during early practices, giving the Panthers a good 1-2 punch at running back.
