The Panthers held two more practices as training camp continued in Spartanburg Monday. Head coach John Fox called the third day of camp “hump day”, as players fought through fatigue and heavy legs as they round back into football shape. Veteran wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad was given the morning practice off for what Fox called “vet rest.” Keydrick Vincent worked with the first team at right guard after working with the second unit during the early stages of camp. The Panthers will practice at 3:10 this afternoon.
