The news continues to get better for starting QB Jake Delhomme, as the Rock Hill Herald is reporting that the QB is now throwing the football with no restrictions. The paper goes on to say that the QB is putting great “zip” on his passes and is not being held back physically whatsoever. Delhomme is coming off Tommy John surgery, and is looking at making it back from a nightmare 2007 season for he and the Panthers.
