WR Carter Impressing in Practices

The Panthers may have themselves another star wideout, at least that is how it has appeared so far in practices.  Jason Carter has been turning head according to the Gaston Gazette, and has been making some vets take notice.  One such vet is Mushin Muhammad, who recently spoke about Carter.  “One guy that that has really been turning my head is Jason Carter. He comes out here and makes plays every day. He’s a guy that really hasn’t made a big splash in the NFL yet, but I think he’s a guy that can play.”  Carter was with the Panthers practice squad last season, signing officially with the team on September 3rd.  He had been with the Vikings during training camp, but was cut at the end of camp.
