WR Jarrett Pleads Not Guilty to Driving While Impaired

Panthers WR Dwayne Jarrett has plead not guilty to driving while impaired. The wide out was not in court on Friday, as his attorney entered the plea for him. A trial date was set in Mecklenburg County District on June 23rd. Jarrett was arrested on March 11 after police say he crossed the center line and ran a red light in the Charlotte suburb of Mint Hill. The police report said Jarrett’s blood-alcohol level was 0.12, above North Carolina’s legal limit of 0.08.

Jarrett should have admitted he done it if he did. He blew a .12 and is trying to say he wasn’t drunk. If doesn’t have any evidence he is screwed.
