Cats Sign CB Ricardo Colclough to Two-Year Deal

The Panthers today signed former Steelers and Browns CB Ricardo Colclough to a two-year, $4 million deal. Colclough is a former second-round choice from the Steelers who went to Cleveland after being cut last fall. He can help as a third cornerback and can also be a help on special teams. Last season he played in three games, recording 1 tackle. In the Steelers Super Bowl season of 2005, he played in 14 games, with 30 tackles, one sack and one interception. The Panthers have been busy re-signing players this week. They re-signed fullback Brad Hoover and cornerback Dante Wesley. After trading Kris Jenkins to the Jets, the Panthers are now looking to add players to the roster and Colclough is the first of what could be several additions.
