Rookie quarterback Matt Moore helped lead the Panthers to the 13-10 win over Seattle Sunday.  Moore, an undrafted free agent from Oregon State, got the call for injured veteran Vinny Testaverde.  He completed 19-of-27 passes for 208 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions.  Moore led the Panthers on three scoring drives in the fourth quarter, after neither team had scored a point in the first three quarters.  He credited his offensive line, which more than held its own against a ferocious Seattle pass rush.  Moore likely earned another start when the Panthers tangle with the Dallas Cowboys Saturday night.
