Williams celebrates a score

The Panthers upset NFC West champion Seattle 13-10 Sunday.  The game was scoreless entering the fourth quarter, but the Panthers got two field goals and a 35-yard touchdown run from DeAngelo Williams and held on for the win.  Rookie Matt Moore became the Panthers fourth starting quarterback of the season and threw for 208 yards with no interceptions.  Carolina won for only the second time in eight games and improved to 6-and-8.  The Panthers kept their faint playoff hopes alive.  Seattle saw its five-game winning streak end and fell to 9-and-5.  Matt Hasselbeck threw for 274 yards and a late touchdown, but he also had a costly fumble in the final two minutes.  The Panthers will host Dallas Saturday night.
