Testaverde Misses Practice
Posted by Matt Loede on December 13th, 2007 filed in NewsPanthers quarterback Vinny Testaverde did not practice with the team on Wednesday. Coach John Fox says the 44-year-old Testaverde was not injured but was given a day of rest. Fox would not say if Testaverde would start when the 5-and-8 Panthers play host to Seattle Sunday. Wide receiver Keary Colbert and guard Jeremy Bridges also missed practice yesterday, but rookie wide receiver Dwayne Jarrett was back on the field. Jarrett has been sidelined because of a knee injury. The Panthers will practice again today. Carolina has only slight playoff hopes with three games left in the regular season.
