The Panthers’ offense fell apart in the second half as the Jaguars cruised to a 37-6 win in Jacksonville.  Panthers quarterback Vinny Testaverde was 13-of-28 for 84 yards and an interception and was pulled in the fourth quarter for backup Matt Moore.  The Panthers have now lost six-of-seven and slip to 5-and-8.  David Garrard threw for 230 yards and two touchdowns as the Jaguars upped their record to 9-and-4.
