Panthers running back DeShaun Foster missed practice on Wednesday.  Coach John Fox says Foster was hit in the head during last Sunday’s game with San Francisco but did not suffer a concussion.  He is expected to return to practice on Thursday.  Starting linebacker Na’il Diggs sat out with a calf injury, and safety Chris Harris missed practice with a sore shoulder.  Reserve wide receiver Dwayne Jarrett also skipped the workout with a knee injury.  The 5-and-7 Panthers will travel to Jacksonville Sunday.
