Fans Boo David Carr

Fans at Bank of America Stadium clearly wanted to see third-string quarterback Matt Moore play Sunday, and made their intentions known throughout David Carr’s struggling performance.  Carr managed to complete less than half of his passes and was booed before he was pulled in the fourth quarter.  Moore was unable to help the Panthers’ crumbling effort, completing eight-of-14 passes with an interception.  Despite the lack of offensive production, Panthers coach John Fox said he doesn’t believe all the blame should be directed at the quarterback position.  The Panthers sit at 4-and-7 and host the struggling San Francisco 49ers this Sunday.
