Panthers quarterback Vinny Testaverde said he was able to practice without any pain from a nagging Achilles injury Thursday.  The aging signal-caller said he is not 100 percent recovered, noting that remnants of the injury are likely to linger for the rest of the season.  The 4-5 Panthers travel to Green Bay Sunday to face Brett Favre and the 8-1 Packers.  It is unclear whether Testaverde or David Carr will get the start at quarterback.  Kickoff is 1 p.m. Sunday at Lambeau Field.
