Testaverde, Carr Both Practice

Panthers quarterbacks David Carr and Vinny Testaverde both practiced Wednesday and say they hope to put their injury problems behind them.  Coach John Fox would not name a starting quarterback for Sunday’s game at Green Bay, saying the decision was day to day.  Carr has been nursing a sore back.  Testaverde has been battling an Achilles injury.
