The Panthers QB situation continues to get worse, as Monday coach John Fox told the media that QB David Carr suffered a concussion in the teams loss to the Titans Sunday.  Fox said that Carr is being looked at and it is not known at this time if he will be available for Sunday’s home contest with the Falcons.  Carr was 15-of-27 passing for 107 yards with one touchdown and an interception before he was replaced by Matt Moore.  Vinny Testaverde is still suffering from an Achillies tendon strain, and there’s no timetable for his possible return to the lineup.
