Panthers: Carr Will Play Sunday If He’s Healthy

Following team practice Wednesday, Panthers coach John Fox didn’t do much to settle the question of who would start at quarterback against the Colts Sunday, but he did say David Carr would play if he is healthy.  Fox refused to say Carr would start, opening the possibility that Carr and backup quarterback Vinny Testaverde would split playing time against Indianapolis.  Carr, who is nursing a sore back, took part in the complete workout Wednesday.
