Fox Mum on QB Starter

Panthers coach John Fox met with reporters Tuesday but would not say who will start at quarterback when the Panthers host the Indianapolis Colts a week from Sunday.  David Carr, who missed Sunday’s victory at Arizona with a sore back, is expected to be healthy for the Colts game.  But newly-signed Vinny Testaverde helped lead the Panthers to a 25-10 victory over the Cardinals.  The 43-year-old Testaverde became the youngest quarterback to start and win a game in NFL history.  The Panthers have bye this weekend. Players will practice today and tomorrow before getting the rest of the week off.
