Panthers Seek 2-0 Start this Sunday

The Panthers will seek a rare 2-and-0 start when they host the Houston Texans Sunday.  The Panthers, who opened the season with a 27-13 win at St. Louis, have started the season with consecutive wins only three times in their 11-season history.  Carolina hasn’t begun a season with back-to-back victories since they started 5-and-0 in their NFC championship season of 2003.  The Texans come to town fresh off a 20-3 rout of Kansas City in their season opener.  Houston has never started a season with two consecutive victories.  The Panthers will return to the practice field today.
